Welcome to Sunpath 33!
Our Whistler home is the perfect place for your vacation in every season. We are located directly across the street from the main Whistler village shopping, dining and nightlife, yet our property is a quiet and peaceful retreat at the end of a busy day. We take hosting seriously and work hard to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Whistler!

The Narrative:
This unit is special and we feel is the perfect combination of style, location, and comfort that we look for in accommodations , and we are sure you will confirm once you step inside. Completely remodeled including all new appliances, linens, furniture, lighting, flooring and updated amenities. Great care was taken to choose organic and natural finishings, while ensuring that the final product is comfortable, cozy and easy to move around. We have designed the space to accommodate different group sizes and activities. We understand the needs of the traveler and have provided upgraded amenities including luxurious robes and complimentary slippers which allow you to go back and forth to the outdoor heated pool and hot tub facilities comfortably.
A cozy fireplace is perfect for gathering around for games, watching some hockey or visiting with friends and family. Expanded cable TV and Netflix are both easy options for watching a show, movie or sports. Wifi is included as are games and activities. Off of the dining room we have a private balcony that overlooks the park. Enjoy pub style seating, a view of the mountains and the infrared BBQ. The kitchen is bright, open, clean and well stocked for all your entertaining needs.
We have worked hard to provide and anticipate all the necessary amenities you will need while on vacation. Each room has a robe, slippers and luxury linens, pillows, and duvets. Bathrooms are stocked with basic supplies including soaps, shampoos, hairdryers, curling irons, and other basic amenities. The kitchen is ready for cooking if you choose, and should be stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. Of course, we supply the basics such as coffee, tea and all the cutlery, glassware and tableware needed.
A secure bike locker is located in the gated garage for your convenience. There is also a bike wash station in the garage. We have sleds and snow shoes available for our guests right next to the front door entrance on the interior. We have umbrellas, two outdoor travel chairs, bocce ball, football and frisbee for our summer guests.
We are happy to help accommodate your little ones. We have a pak-n-play, high chair and baby gate in the unit. Please note, we DO have stairs to access the unit so make careful considerations for your safety.
A complimentary Concierge has been provided to you for your comfort and to make the most of your vacation. Shirley will ensure that the home is cozy and warm upon your arrival. She is a gem and can save you valuable time by pre-purchasing your lift tickets, groceries, or make reservations and recommendations for your stay. You will be contacted shortly after booking via email to introduce herself and her services. Please feel free to let her know your needs and any other items that may help make your stay more comfortable. Of course, we are always available both by phone and email anytime!
The Location:
Sunpath at Stoney Creek is a treat - it really is a classic Whistler paradise!
The entire village is outside our front door, as is one of the most charming parks and pathways through the village. Take a look at the Valley Trail through Village Park. You can walk anywhere in the main village and upper village from our property and do not need your car once you park in our secure garage. It is less than a 5 minute walk to everything in the village, and just slightly longer to get to the base of the lifts. If you choose, a complimentary shuttle runs just outside the entrance of Stoney Creek to the base of the lifts. For a special treat, when walking to the village, head over the "stone path" just outside the front door, past the waterfall, and through Florence Peterson Park which follows the creek and has hidden surprises along the trail. Play lawn games in the summer, and enjoy the small sledding hill outside our door in the winter.
When we first started looking we thought we wanted a ski in- ski out property, but the more we looked and the more we skied, we realized that we RARELY skied back into our property. We always headed down to the apres scene and then found ourselves ...hiking back up the hill, to the unit. We then realized that after enjoying a post ski drink - apres, walking back "down" to our unit was much more enjoyable!! Directly across the street is a complimentary ski shuttle which will drop you off even closer to the lifts if you desire. The ride is approximately 5 minutes.
Some Rules:
Guests are allowed to use the pool and hot tub facilities anytime from 8:30 am 10:00 pm. Keyless entry and keys are available for access to the unit.
Check out time is 10:00 am. Due to back to back arrivals during peak seasons, unless you have prior consent to depart after 10:00 am, you will be charged $200.00/hour until your party has vacated the unit. This is only due to the time it takes for the cleaners to have the unit ready for arriving guests and past guests who have abused the time frames. To inquire about early arrivals or late departures, please let us know in advance so that we may check the schedule ahead of time. We appreciate your understanding.
To help keep the unit in good shape for you and future guests, skis, boards, boots, bikes, and other sporting equipment are not allowed up the stairs. There is ample space at the entrance or in the garage for storing gear.
No smoking inside the unit and parties are forbidden unless prior confirmation has been given.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced by the local Strata security team and the RCMP. A fee will be charged if security of police have to address any noise complaints from our unit.

After our first visit to Whistler, we knew we wanted to own a vacation home there.
Our main focus in the beginning was finding a "ski in - ski out" property which limited us to the upper village. After a few ski trips up, we realized that we RARELY skied in....we always skied to apres in the village and then found ourselves hiking back up to the property or trying to catch that one last lift. We quickly decided that the main village was the place for us. We looked at a few properties IN the village, but wanted a place where we could find some peace in the evening, but walking distance to everything.
Sunpath is the perfect fit! Right in the center of the village, a short walk to the lifts or a 4-5 minute bus ride. Quiet and peaceful in the evening, but walk across the street to enjoy the Whistler night life.
Drive in, park your car and you won't need it again. Everything is outside your door.
