The great room offers generous seating and whimsical modern art,
coupled with a fully appointed upscale contemporary kitchen for a
casual meal or a gourmet feast. The open floor plan boasts a six-person
dining area with retractable glass wall that opens to the
indoor/outdoor patio, pool and spa. Whether you’re getting some Vitamin
D, grilling on the outdoor kitchen barbeque, or dining al fresco, this
home allows you to enjoy views of the waterway while floating in the
chlorine-free salt electrolysis pool.

If getting out on the water is in your vacation plans, book a boat with
us or maybe even bring your own Jetski which even has it's own slip on
the boat dock! The home comes equipped with two kayaks, life vests, and
four bicycles to venture out and explore.

sofa bed in the office, a baby bed, highchair and baby alarm. As well
