About this property

Updated, 6th Floor condo with private balcony & easy beach access.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the sixth floor. Soft cushy furniture and beachy décor make this a great vacation unit. Living room has a 42 " HD TV and DVD. Master bedroom has king bed and guest bedroom has two doubles. Each bedroom has 32" Flat screen TV's and DVD Players. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. The balcony has a table with four chairs.

All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor unit. The swimming pool, which is on the ocean side of the building, is an amazing place to relax and is ready for your arrival! Two tennis courts are also available on a first come basis. The 800 ft. fishing pier is available to our guest and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier. ABS is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

Important Notice:
We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The location was perfect. The view from the patio of the beach is breathtaking. I took so many sunrise & moonrise pictures. The colors were a natural creation of God's watercolors. We golfed every morning then made our dinner in the nicely equipped kitchen. It was nice to wash our clothes in the washer & dryer provided before flying back home. Fort Clinch State Park is very close to Amelia By The Sea. This was interesting 1847 history.

Perfect spot

The condo was exactly as listed, great location, clean and had everything we needed. We stayed for the Concours - was close enough to all activity without being on top of it.

Nice View, So-so unit

Great view and location. Building is older but in reasonably good condition. Unit has some features that are excellent, notably the kitchen is very completely supplied with enough tools and appliances to bake a cake or make casseroles. Remodeling and furnishings are a decidedly mixed bag. Good- living area soft furniture, dining set. Bad- master bed is terrible! Please replace the mattress....It is not just 'soft', it is so soft it is either long broken or of very low quality. Please....it detracts from the entire experience. Bad- bath is variably remodeled, in need of unifying facelift. Bad- AV equipment is dated and internet access via the TV did not work despite excellent service to our computer and the AV system saying it was connected. Nothing to be done- low ceilings, concrete slab painted over for ceiling, acoustic tile in bath, hollow-core doors. Unit has a great location but needs updating and some re-equipping. For the view and location it's worth it. If you want a luxurious unit with A+ materials this is not it.
