This cozy retreat offers a serene atmosphere with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean that you can enjoy just steps from your door. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this condo provides ample space for relaxation and comfort.This condo exudes warmth and coziness, creating a welcoming ambiance for your seaside getaway.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

Loved the unit and location. Only drawback was not having our fur-baby with us. Would rent again for next year if we could bring him. Area is very dog-friendly.
