Occupants have access to a private 800 ft. fishing pier and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex. ABS is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with no work on weekends. Repairs will last about one year.
