This condo although outdated was clean and centrally located. The views from balcony were great. My only complaint is the parking, one assigned under ground and any other is outside in public parking..good luck! The unit is older but clean and definitely needs updating!

We had a pleasant two nights stay the condo looks better in person than it does in the photos. The furniture has been updated. This condo is located right across the street from the ocean a beautiful sunrise! It was very nice. The only concern was you do need the clicker to get into the parking structure and then you need a code to get in the elevator and then another code to get into the room and a key was provided to use the stairwell instead of the elevator. Prior to arrival guest need to go to the rental agency. Underground parking is only for one car so for large groups you will need to park on the street and that’s where you use the key to get into the underground parking. Overall great stay- facility was clean and we had a great time!

Great space in need of updating/cleaning!

This condo has a lot of pros & cons. The pros are: location across from beach/park/restaurants is amazing, the space in the condo is great with 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths, the kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances/supplies & the fact that it has an elevator is amazing! The cons are the following: parking here is awful. The condo only has 1 designated space in the garage. There are spots in front however those are all public & fill up fast!! It was a nightmare just to go to a store & then have to drive around for a spot. The furniture/decorations/beds all need to be updated. The beds/pillows are hard as rocks. The whole condo needs a good deep cleaning. We found trash on the patio, under the beds/in the corners, the deep fryer was filled with old grease & the books were covered in dust. The floors need a true moping, not just a swifter treatment. The worst part was the pool was filthy, algae covered the entire sides. I have plenty of pictures of everything! The rental office said the pool is not their responsibility.& it’s managed by the hoa. Very disappointing since we booked this property for a pool. We had young children & elderly traveling us. It wasn’t cleaned our entire 4 day stay. We would return to the area again & but will not stay at this property.

Loved the location, excellent living room and kitchen, bedroom TVs not adequate. Several outlets not working, living room tv was great with cable service. Lost one day of elevator use that was difficult.
