Had a great stay! House was perfect for us and our extended family! The host checked in with us a few times to ask if we needed anything. This is a great location to Goodyear Ballpark, and restaurants. We also enjoyed the privacy of the backyard! I would definitely stay here again.

Owner was great to work with. It does say in description that kitchen supplies are limited. I didn’t realize how limited. There are a few kitchen pans but no pots and not many utensils. Tv set up was difficult to understand you need to flip a wall switch to turn on. Carpet desperately needs to be cleaned or replaced. Master shower is small so use hallway shower if you are on the larger side. Loved having the office area as I had to work. Great location to ball field and grocery store and again owner was great to communicate with.

I am sorry to disappoint you in your early checked in and limited supplies, but that is how rental properties are done. Supplies are only provided on their first few days of their stay. All bathroom necessities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet papers, hand towel, disinfectants, etc. are fully stocked in all guests and it is their responsibility if it rans out especially in less than a week stay ( 5 days) 😊

Everything was great except the hot water never really got hot. It was warm and took awhile to get warm. Other than that it was great and I would stay again.

We weren’t made aware of any issue with the water temperature during your visit—had we known, we would have been happy to assist right away. No other guests have mentioned this before, but we’ll certainly take a look and can raise the temperature a few degrees if needed. We typically err on the side of caution to ensure the water isn’t too hot, especially since our home is family-friendly and often hosts children.
