Resting by open fields, this lovely guest cottage is the perfect place for a getaway stay. Beautifully appointed with classic architecture and lots of light, it has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, one full bath, a sitting and dining area, and a kitchenette. A couch in the living area is long enough for another sleeping location. The cottage is located fifteen minutes from downtown New Haven, Connecticut. There is a public walking trail across the street, winding around open fields and by a community garden.

A peaceful getaway

We appreciated how quiet this space was. It's located in a beautiful area that adjoins a trail system. You can be minutes from New Haven but feel like you are out in the country. The property is self is beautifully maintained inside and outside.

Mother-daughter trip

This quaint cottage was beautiful, comfortable and spacious for its size. Located in a scenic area, gorgeous views and wildlife abound. The dual robes were a thoughtful touch. Sharon was very responsive to our messages. Options for improvement include doubling the number of coffee cups and adding to the silverware.
