Great family getaway and stay at this Seacrest property. We had a large family and we all had plenty of space and privacy when needed. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Additionally, the property was very clean. The beach shuttle always showed up promptly when needed and the driver, Kyle, was very professional.

This was our second time staying in the Treetops neighborhood and this was by far our favorite house! It was extremely clean, and had a well equipped kitchen. Beds were extremely comfortable as well. The home is conveniently located across from the pool, which is never loud due to the small size of the neighborhood. It is a great place for families with kids!! We will certainly be back!

Beautiful, spacious home. I appreciated the accommodation to allow my 2 dogs during my stay. Quiet neighborhood. Next time I'd likely rent a golf cart.

Our stay this summer was pleasant. I personally enjoyed my stay; this particular community was our first time.A group of 14 & my snorkie. We've been visiting Florida every summer for several years & stayed in similar communities, so were expecting the same experience. We usually stay at the heart of 30A; we'll return to that.My main disappointment was the lack of attention when inquiring about the parking. Being a home that sleeps many, it is expected to have several vehicles, however we completely miss the part it only has room for 2 vehicles! We realized days before our trip, contacted the number but he made no effort in assisting us. I understand it was our mistake but the person did not even try to guide me to a nearby location-he was uninterested in helping. I had texted the number before calling but never received a reply, only hours after me calling the number. With that being said, I would not trust this company to assist me in a real emergency, if they couldn't handle a small inconvenience such as parking. Positives: Big kitchen, seating Restrooms in every bedroom thisPool right behind our location,Quiet & private community, but gate was always opened Garage big enough for 1 small car,4 bikesShuttle service- access to private beach about a mile away, Negatives fridge & shower leaksreported never came to fixBears! saw a cubParkingDesignated beach crowded,next to"private"will tell you to leave, seaweed everywhere- found another beach w/out it

Aleana, we are glad to hear that you had a pleasant stay and that you enjoyed it. We are sorry that you had a tough time with parking. We do try to make it clear in our listing that the home has two private parking spots and that there isn't community parking within the community. Our team did try to assist but were unaware of any close by parking areas that are free and allow overnight parking. It certainly wasn't that we didn't want to help, it was more we didn't have a recommendation for you as communicated. We did review your notes around the fridge and shower, and while we couldn't replicate any leaks with any showers, we did replace the fridge. We appreciate your feedback and are grateful you chose to stay with us!
