The host was quick to communicate and was able to accommodate an early check in request, but unfortunately the place was too dirty to stay in. The floors were so sticky that all of our shoes made sticking sounds to it walking in and throughout the whole place. There was a chunk of food or dirt - something brown - on the soap near the kitchen sink. There walls had stains and scratches on them. The toilets still had dirt and urine around the bases, and one was left open - the lid and seat both up - with a long black hair across the bowl. The scent was so strong of air freshener that we were getting a headache. Unfortunately, it was so dirty that we had to cancel our 4 night stay there. I have images I could share. I wish we could have stayed, but even if the place got a deeper cleaning after the first night, the artificial scent was soaked into everything. Sorry we couldn't make it work.

The location is absolutely perfect for NRG events we walked to World Cup without issues. The place itself was roach infested. There were a few dead ones upon arrival but later they were everywhere. The groceries we bought were ruined with over 7 roaches in or on them. It was terrible. We told the landlord and they did nothing except say “sorry”. There is a drain in the bathroom with constant dripping into the shower and when we told the landlord he said it was the normal AC drain. How would I put my bare feet in that gross ac drain water? That made the bathroom unusable. I could have dealt with the drain issue but having roaches everywhere was insane. I had to empty out my luggage on the front porch of my house before going inside to make sure I didn’t bring any home.

Not a good experience. The guest stayed at my apartment for only one day, but left trash throughout the property, and the condition of the apartment was similar to what I would expect after an unauthorized party. The guest also took the community gate access card with her. She told me she would mail it back, but never did. When I followed up and asked about returning the card, he left me a one-star review. I would not recommend this guest to other hosts.
