The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-Out Checklist Turn off all lights, TVs, and unplug the patio lights and appliances. Strip any beds that were used and place linens on the floor. Wash any dishes used and leave them out to dry.
Dispose of trash in the provided sealed garbage bags, and place them in the black garbage can by the front door. Make sure the lid is secure to keep out bears and critters.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We have two Ring doorbells with live cameras. These cameras are only for security purposes and will not be monitored unless a concern arises.
Occasionally, the power goes out. These are usually last no longer than an hour. If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to contact us.
