About this property

Beautiful 2BD-2BA Condo - Minutes to Beaver Creek

Newly remodeled & furnished 2 BD, 2 BA condo with garage. Avon Crossing condo complex is located next Starbucks in Avon. Professional photos pending installation of blinds & artwork.

FREE skier shuttle to Beaver Creek plus multiple other convenient options to get to the mountain. There is also a direct bus from Avon Town Center to Vail (10 minutes away).

30 night minimum stay. Lease required. No pets allowed, per HOA.

Sleeps 6 max (children & adults) and 4 adults comfortably. King bed in master and queen over queen bunk bed in guest. Master bathroom has shower and second bathroom has tub/shower.

Condo is on the second floor so guests will need to walk up a flight of stairs.

Electric fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer. There are extra sheets, blankets, towels, and everything else you`ll need for your stay. While starter supplies of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels are available, guests will be expected to provide their own consumable products.

There are 2 dedicated parking spots; one in the garage and another in the parking lot. Garage can fit a medium sedan or small to medium sized SUV. Garage is also great for ski & bike storage.

Condo is located in the heart of Avon and an easy walk or short drive to restaurants, bars, grocery store, coffee shops, ski shops, etc.

There are endless family friendly activities to do locally year round. If you have any questions or would like suggestions feel free to reach out.

Condo is centrally located for Medical Professionals. (1 mile to Colorado Mountain Medical, 5 miles to Vail Valley Medical Center and Shaw Cancer Center, 10 miles to Vail Health Hospital, and 22 miles to Eagle Healthcare Center).

The neighborhood of Avon has everything that you could ask for with easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail. If you like the outdoors then you are going to the right place to visit.

What makes this property unique

The condo is newly remodeled and decorated and is super comfortable for 4-6 people. We use the property ourselves and have made sure to include absolutely everything needed for a family vacation. The garage is also great not only to keep car covered during winter months but also to store bikes and skis.
