This 850 sq ft (78 m2) unit has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and is on the 1st floor with a very nice patio. The apartment features a spacious living room, full kitchen with all appliances and a small semi-private garden. There are rooms with washers and dryers on each floor and a mini market where they also serve various hot and cold foods and drinks.



This unit is perfect for up to 6 people (4 adults maximum), there are 2 double beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. We also have a baby cot and air mattress available if needed. The large walk-in closet is perfect for storing your suitcases and other items.



This apartment is super complete with everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation.Want more? The building has a large swimming pool and from there you can access the quiet beaches (you don't need to cross the avenue to get to the beach). You can also use the gym and walk through the gardens.





The building is OCEAN FRONT! But it is also minutes away from great restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. The closest, well-known and upscale shopping center is Aventura Mall.
