Come spend a beautiful month on Ft. Myers Beach! This 1, 600 sq. ft. condo (2 bedroom + den/ 2 bath unit with a very large kitchen) is perfect allowing for plenty of space for you and your family. This unit sleeps 6. The condo also has a wonderful lanai perfect for enjoying morning cup of coffee or an evening sunset and is a short stroll to Time Square.

Available: November/December 21 (~$3,875/month) and May 2022 (~$4,750/month). April is great to spend a week of spring break with your family/kids and then some time relaxing afterwards. Arrival/departure dates can be flexible but condo association requires 30 day minimum for leases.

Wonderful month!

We enjoyed our stay. The weather and location on the beach were perfect. The condo worked great for us. Other guests couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Owners were responsive to all our needs. Area is very crowded but fun!

Absolutely perfect

We had an amazing time staying in this condo for 2 months. It’s right on the beach at the north end of the island. This is the most sought after condo complex on FMB. It’s so close to everything so we were able to walk everywhere. This condo has the most amazing views, was extremely clean and was fully stocked with everything you would need. The owners and the other residents in the complex were unbeliveably nice. We will definitely be back.
