This cozy ground floor 385 sq foot 1 bedroom 1 bath fully updated unit is located in a nine unit condo complex. Included is a Queen sized sofa bed with smart TVs in living room and bedroom. Free WiFi included as well as 1 parking space.

Laundry options - coin operated washer and dryer adjacent to unit or laundry drop off service available down the street.

Unit is professionally cleaned between guests and as a result , checkout times must be closely adhered to.
