The physical property was great. I would love to leave an all positive review, but I can’t due to the lack of privacy. The property owner walked in on our family with no prior consent or notification at 7:30am the first morning of our stay. Evidently, they own a boat charter business that they run out of the slips behind the home. They do not disclose this prior. Instead, they come and go along the property as they please at any time. They (and others who have boats behind the house) walk through the backyard past the pool area, which is a major selling point of the property, with no prior notification. This is a clear violation of VRBO’s privacy! ALSO, both owners showed up unannounced on Friday night in the back yard WITH A GUEST, and preceded to hang out in the back yard! Total lack of decorum. I can’t imagine them staying in this business long without a complete change of strategy.
