We were coming down to visit Disney and the other local theme parks. Was not the closest but we liked the pictures and chose this unit on the themed room, my kids are big fans. Host was kind, place is bright and appealing. I feel the app has some issues with lag time which can make it hard to communicate both ways. Communicated a few concerns with host about some local moth/larve and lack of hand towels and washrags, received an explanation on the towels, was minor inconvenience that my family worked around. We did run out of toilet paper which was a bummer. Will advise that this specific unit is the lower level and we could hear the neighboring tenants. (That to me is not a bad reflection on the host because that is out of their control.) The pool had caution tape around it, also not the hosts fault. There were plates and glasses and utensils that were in like new condition. There was a broom and dust pan that we used for crumbs, and a washer and drier.Overall was a great stay, we felt safe, and there was an assigned parking space. There is beautiful scenery, and a pond on the way to the unit, there were ducks and babies, the tenants that live in the complex were kind, they were feeding the ducks and fish with their kids and included our family. Overall the neighborhood and feel of the unit was good. We enjoyed our stay.
