Welcome to Sierra Sanctuary, a stunning chalet in Big Trees Village with free access to the Big Trees Village HOA recreation center (with 2 pools, games, snack bar, sand volleyball, horseshoes, playground, and more). With approximately 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a loft, there's plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy a mountain vacation. The spacious great room showcases vaulted ceilings and cozy wood stove (there’s also forced air heat)! The adjacent dining area and kitchen are fully stocked for all your cooking and dining needs; you'll find the laundry area off the kitchen. The primary bedroom suite is located downstairs while the remaining 2 bedrooms can be found upstairs off the loft. Enjoy the soothing sounds of nature as you relax on the large deck where you can take a soak in the hot tub or indulge in al fresco dining! Close to many of our area's best local attractions including Big Trees State Park, Lake Alpine, The Arnold Rim Trail, Bear Valley Ski Resort, the town of Murphys, and so much more. Sierra Sanctuary sleeps up to 10 guests in 3 bedrooms plus the loft. Bedroom 1 is the Primary Suite and is located on the main level with a King bed and its own bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located upstairs of the loft, Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 with a bunk bed (Twin over Queen with trundle). There is also a Queen sofa bed in the loft. In addition to the full bathroom in the primary suite, there is an additional half bathroom on the main level and a full bathroom upstairs, for a total of 2.5 bathrooms. The laundry is on the main floor.

Amenities: Wifi, TV, Hot Tub, Games & Toys, Wood Burning Stove (Great Room), Forced Air Heat, Gas BBQ (propane provided), Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Washer and Dryer.

Linens and towels provided. Maximum 10 guests. No pets, no smoking, no check-ins on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or Easter Sunday. Patio furniture is seasonal.
