2-bedroom 500 sq, foot Beach House in Treasure Island (Sunset Beach). Two minute walk to beach. Two FREE parking spots. Master bedroom offers King bed with TV and a Queen bed in second bedroom with TV. This home can accommodate up to 6 guests. The living room offers additional sleeping space with 1 Queen sofa bed and 55 inch TV. New Central AC and other amenities. Coin laundry with one free wash and dry. $125 Cleaning fee per stay and a one time pet fee of $25 per stay. We hope you enjoy what our place and Treasure Island has to offer.

The Beach House was cheerfully decorated and stocked with the basic needs. The owners were suggestions for places to go included restaurants with very good food, and shopping ideas such as Johns Pass. The location suited us well. We ate at Sea Dogs several times. Fun trip!

Perfect place for our get away! Very clean home only a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Our host, Dave and his wife were very welcoming and offered lots of good suggestions for places to visit and eat. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful!! This was one of the best VRBO stays we have ever had! This is a completely remodeled, beach house literally just steps from one of Floridas best beaches!! The beds were comfortable and the extra amenities were limitless!! Everything is new, we cannot recommend this cottage enough!!! Owners were great- they provided more than we needed and they gave us great food and entertainment suggestions!

The property was perfect. Short strill to the beach. The host was very accommodating!!! He answered any questions we had. He also gave us a run down of a bunch of places that he liked. The Treasure Island Beach House was a great location to stay for a mother & daughters spring break trip! The neighborhood felt safe, and it was a relatively quiet area in comparison to other spring break destinations. The host provided great communication during our trip and also provided ideas for things to do in the area. The house had adequate space for four adults; we utilized the kitchen for some meals during our stay and used the outdoor grill. We also appreciated using the beach supplies provided, such as beach chairs, cooler, and towels. The best part of our stay... a one block short walk to Sunset Beach on Treasure Island! My daughters and I have amazing photos of multiple sunsets and memories made. Thank you!

I loved the cute little place. It was perfect, super cute and smelled like coconuts it was just like you think a beach house should smell. It was super clean. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great at all but I think that is a municipality issue aa we had friends staying at the Tradewinds and they complained about water pressure too. So I don’t feel that is anything that could be controlled by the rental owners. Dave and Kris were super accommodating and more than happy to help with anything had we needed it. If we ever go back to Saint Pete’s beach we will stay there again. :) Thank you for letting us stay in your cute beach home.

David was an excellent host!! He was very quick to respond, and he provided allowances that others have not. We were allowed to check in at noon. The interior of the house is completely new and cute. The lay out is nice. We moved the furniture around because it suited us better with company, but it would have been fine had we not had company. There are plenty of towels, wash clothes and even extra bedding items. We were surprised that there was enough change in the unit to complete one load of laundry. The house was super clean. My wife noticed this right off the bat. The neighborhood is nice. There are very nice houses as well as a few homes that are still being rehabbed from the hurricane damage. It is .5 miles to the public pet beach area, and it probably is less than that to the public beach. We walked all the time only using our car to go to dinner. If I were to make a suggestion, I would put a full sized bed in the quest bedroom and a queen bed in the master bedroom. The master was tight with the king size bed. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Our guest slept on the pullout couch and reported the mattress was very comfortable. The guest room had a twin bed. It seemed like it, too, would be comfortable. The people we met walking our dog were very friendly. We love this about Treasure Island. People are so friendly and there are people out walking throughout the morning and evening hours. Thanks David for being a great host!!
