The space
This is a casita in the back yard with a private entrance and parking. It's two stories:

First Floor: Full kitchen, laundry, full bathroom with a standing shower and a whirlpool tub. Living area with a flexible second sleeping area. This space has a day bed that can become two twin beds. Extra sheets, blankets, and pillows are included.

Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with a shower and whirlpool tub, walk-in closet. Balcony
Guest access
Parking is on the left side of the house, this is also where the entrance to the backyard is located.

There is a communal patio in between the houses. The casita has a private backyard with a firepit.

Other things to note
I have an indoor/outdoor cat, so if you have a dog please keep it on the leash if you're walking to the parking area or in the shared patio space. You're welcome to let your dog roam free in the backyard of the casita.

We had a great stay in Santa Fe. The space was perfect for us and having a bathroom downstairs and upstairs was very convenient. The casita is in a great location - less than 10min drive to downtown but also very near beautiful walking trail that goes for miles. We highly recommend this place.

We were given an incorrect access code. Renovations were not complete, slab with paint drops on first floor except living room, exposed water heater. Water was murky and opaque. Upstairs bathroom door falling off hinges.
