Hardwood floors throughout, newly renovated kitchen & baths. original old florida experience. Large private fenced back yard and court yards. Outdoor shower when coming home from beach. The location is ideal, short walk to beach and best restaurants, shopping & coffee shops. Guest access entire house and gardens, courtyard, grill area, shaded parking. Other things to note: we have a large back yard with ocean breezes, giant shady magnolias and tropical foliage abounds. Golf cart, bike and surfboard rentals are available from near by shops ..step back in time to authentic old Florida
