If you are after easy access beach time this is the place. East access to the beach? Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and the sounds of waves 24/7. The host was very responsive when needed and the unit comes with the basics. Also, pet friendly which is a challenge to find with ocean front property rentals these days.

This property had everything we needed. It is not a luxury resort. Some things need a little work, but it is peaceful, simple, right on the beach, and a good location. Communication with the host was easy, fast, and friendly. We came to Jacksonville because I had to go to the Mayo Clinic. It is an easy 9-10 min drive from the property to the Mayo. Thank you to the host for helping make our visit a seamless and nice stay.

We had an amazing stay at this Jacksonville Beach condo! The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking—we loved relaxing on the balcony with our morning coffee and watching the sunrise each day. The condo was beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.The host was exceptional and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful visit.If you’re looking for a beautiful beachfront getaway with stunning views and an outstanding host, this is the perfect place. We felt at home immediately. This property is extremely clean and comfortable in every way! The kitchen is well equipped and orderly. The host was easy to contact. The property itself is even prettier than the online pictures.The beach view is incredible as you can view the shoreline in either direction as far as you can see. .Pool area is very comfortable. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back soon.

Everything was as it was described! We had an amazing trip and enjoyed the oceanfront. Sitting on that balcony brought great peace. The host was an awesome and communicated everything clearly. I’m sure if we would have needed anything, she would have been right on it.

Better than a hotel. Steps from the beach. Ocean view. Assigned parking spot. Grocery shop and pack light as the unit has a washer and dryer as well. Many restaurants nearby. This is our second time staying here and we will be back.

I’m so sad to leave! It was beautiful and relaxing. We spent hours just listening to the ocean on the balcony. We got to see friends and family this week. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked fresh fish and seafood almost every night. Thanks!
