Tucked away on a wooded hilltop, our 3,400 sq ft sunlit home is nestled right up against the natural beauty outside, bringing it in and creating an ideal place for families, friends and travelers to relax and unwind.

The home is walking distance to 3 lakes, basketball/tennis courts, 20 mins drive to Delaware Water Gap hiking trails, Camelback Water Park /Ski Resort, The Crossings Outlets (100+ Stores), and all the main attractions the Poconos have to offer, and only 90 mins from Manhattan.

The 1st floor features an 87” pool table, wet bar, sauna room, hot tub room, 2 private bedrooms - one with its own full bathroom, even a washer and a dryer. The sectional sofa/sleeper can accommodate 2 guests for the night when needed.

The 2nd floor showcases an open living and dining area with a large stone-faced wood-burning fireplace and a large comfortable counter-height dining set. The living room absorbs surrounding views of nature through tall windows, under a cathedral ceiling and skylights. Comfortable reclining sofa set in the center; a front deck and a secluded back deck with table and 6 seats and a propane grill (we provide the fuel); a large screened-in porch with panoramic view of nature, songs of wild birds, and the rustling and whispering of the leaves, with comfortable conversation patio set, ceiling fan and dimmable lighting; the kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove and toaster, coffee maker and all the essential cooking and serving utensils you will need for a great meal. A spacious master bedroom is on this floor with en-suite bathroom with a two-person jacuzzi. There's also a sofa/sleeper in the room for added relaxation.

The 3rd floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious loft area with an air hockey table, a full bathroom with skylight. There are mattresses, ottoman beds, and sofa sleepers for your preferred sleep arrangements.

The house is equipped with high-speed wifi. Two 55” flat screen HD smart TVs are available for watching various channels, including Netflix, Prime Videos, YouTube, Apple TV, Hulu and many more, or connecting to your devices. A movie projector is available for your late night movie watching pleasure in the living room. Feel free to use the beige color 4-person canoe parked at the nearby lake.

In summer time, we provide 12 Summer Season Passes for our guests during their stay for free access to all our community amenities, including outdoor pools, lakes, beach, boat launches at the lakes, tennis and basketball courts and more.
