Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Cozy place but listing said washer/ dryer amenities. There were none in the condominium. There was only a broken washer and dryer in a small back room in the back. The washer took 10 from my card (it was a download app/ scan code washer) - then it flashed an error code. To make matters worse, I had put my clothes in the washer already not realizing there was a foul dirty residual water in there already from what looked like months ago. My clothes were ruined and saturated with that disgusting water. So I had to throw them away. We traveled across the country for a 5 day stay so washer/ dryer was a must. We booked this place mainly because they said they had these. I communicated with the owner about it through the call service and had asked for a call back but there was no communication from the owner. Regarding eating and drinking supplies, they had 3 Grateful Dead band glasses and that was it. Definitely not impressed with their preparation for their guests. And the no communication from owner was a huge disappointment

Thank you for providing us with this valuable feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with the washer and dryer, as well as the lack of communication from the homeowner. We completely understand how important having functional laundry amenities is, especially when traveling across the country for a stay. It’s very disappointing that the washer malfunctioned and caused damage to your clothes. Regarding the limited eating and drinking supplies, we apologize that the home did not meet your expectations in this area. We take guest feedback seriously and have forwarded all your concerns to the local team so that we can take the appropriate steps toward a resolution. We will continue to work with both our local team and the homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you will give us a second chance to impress you.
