This apartment is like a little taste of heaven. It’s very tranquil and peaceful. The views from the mountain are amazing. The apt is so cozy and warm, you feel like you’re at home. The hosts are extremely friendly, accommodating and thoughtful. We have stay 2x already and already booked next trip.

This was a very welcoming and comfortable apartment, and the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The sunsets from the porch swing are amazing. It's a great location for visiting the wineries and attractions. We hope to be back.

The rental was just what we were looking for in the area. Clean, comfortable, and convenient for our needs. The place is as described. Will stay again when in the area and if it is available. I was a little concerned about renting a basement unit, but this was perfect and the hosts were wonderful. The amenities, location, and view were all amazing. The apartment was clean, the rooms were a great size, the kitchen well enough equipped, the icemaker was a pleasant surprise for our day trips, the porch swing and rocking chairs were well used in the evenings. We loved it and would come back in a heartbeat.

The apt was more than tranquil with amazing views. Very clean and charming, you felt like you were at home. Hosts were so friendly, down to earth and suggested great places to eat. The kitchen was fully stocked with a variety of cookware and appliances. Host provide coffee/tea/water and a variety of breakfast items to get you started. Washer & dryer was convenient because over packing is for the birds. Our getaway was so relaxing, we felt like we were in Gods country. We extended our stay longer than original booked and hated to leave. Already booked our next trip !

Our stay here exceeded our expectations on every level! First of all, the views from this home are amazing! I could sit on the porch swing for hours and just take in the views and peaceful feeling I felt there. The interior of the home is immaculate and very comfortable with a huge tv and WiFi. I love that the owners provided a full Kureg coffee bar that included creamer and sugar! They also left us a sweet treat which was a nice surprise. The kitchen has everything you can imagine and there’s also a very nice separate laundry room. There was plenty of nice laundry detergent available but we used our own. There is one queen size bed that we found very comfortable. Our college aged son opted to sleep on the couch in the living room but there is a twin size pull-out available in the one bedroom. We didn’t open this up so I can’t speak to its comfort. I do know my son slept great on the couch! Overall, this is one of the nicest, most comfortable VRBOs we have ever stayed in, within this price range. I hate to even share this (because I want to keep it a secret ) but this home is also very close to the JMU campus which made it super convenient for us to go back and forth to the school while we attended various events with our freshman son. Our family will definitely be returning to this VRBO in the future!!

It's a wonderful place with great hosts. Lots of details provided like a toothbrush if you forgot one, Keurig with a choice of coffee and water bottles in the fridge. These touches made us feel welcomed and cared for. The mattress was very comfortable and the unit is roomy. Easy access off the main road and very close to the Buccees. Lastly, the view is spectacular - you feel on top of the world. We will be back for sure.
