This is a brand new duplex property, located just blocks from the main street of Custer, SD. Easy walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants, breweries and the Mickelson Trail. Easy drive to Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse Mountain and Jewel Cave.
