Pismo Beach Condo, Ocean Front, Directly on Beach. 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, Sleeps 8, Ocean Views. Condo offers, unique opportunity to watch the waves and sunsets from right on the beachfront, along with a pool and spa in the gated community. Pismo State Beach, Pismo Pier, downtown restaurants, shops and entertainment all adjacent to the gated condo complex. The living room includes fireplace, wireless internet and a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player. Gourmet Kitchen. Dining room seats 8. Washer/dryer. Three bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs, with the half bath located downstairs. Primary has a king size bed, in suite bath and balcony with spectacular ocean views. Second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Large deck with gas BBQ and patio furniture w/ umbrella. Fully furnished with all amenities.

1 Carport parking space.

Due to HOA Restrictions, the rental must be rented for no less than 7-nights at any time. This property does not have air conditioning. Security cameras may be present at the front door or in the complex.

Amazing location well stocked condo

This place has an amazing location right on the beach with easy access but felt safe for the kids. Condo has everything you could need in the kitchen and management company made process easy! Thanks for a great stay!

The guest who departed immediately before this guest arrived shattered the outdoor table on the deck and the new one arrived almost 2 weeks later than the promised delivery date. We did provide a large folding table for them instead.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An incredible month of California living! You can’t do any better than waking up and going to bed gazing at the Pacific. It is a perfect location. We were there for 6 weeks and in that time experienced some issues due to the atmospheric rivers that came through. Each time we had an issue ( just a couple), the management team was quick to respond and provided solutions and repairs. This is a great management team!We left our winter coats that we would desperately need in the north country where we were going. The team picked up the coats and shipped them to us in LA before we flew home. They went well above and beyond the call of duty.We have reserved for next year and can’t wait to get back.

Easy keyless entry to the unit. Appreciated they had a Keurig as well as usual coffeemaker. Did have an issue with the lower bunk bed: it squeaked every time you rolled over, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Would recommend this unit, but hopefully the squeaky bed issue will be addressed. Overall great stay!

Living and dining furniture worked well for 4 adults and 3 kids. All 3 bedrooms had good closet space and dressers. The only thing that would prevent me from giving this property a 5-star rating is the mattresses were not the best. Bathrooms only had showers, no tubs, but we managed in keeping the kids clean! The pool area is super nice. Overall, a great place to vacation. We have rented again for 2022.

Reviewer Comments: Just to be clear, I have no personal connections to anyone related to the rental or ownership of this unit.Seven of us, three eight-and-under boys and four adults, stayed in a three-bedroom unit. Within the first hour, we were all saying what a great place we had. The feeling lasted all week. The rental staff was very accommodating for our staggered arrivals; they managed the entry codes properly so that our first group got them when they needed them. As a matter of fact, from the day I decided to rent the place, the rental staff was polite, helpful, and attentive. In the unit, we had plenty of room. The unit was outfitted with nearly every cookware item you could think of. All of the kitchen appliances were clean and in good working order. The laundry appliances were clean, quiet, efficient, and handy. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. Bathroom linens were plentiful; bedroom linens were fine. Beds were fine, too.The access to the beach was through the parking lot--that turned out to be a big bonus for keeping sand out of the unit. The rinse hose at the front door helped, too.A delightful place and a wonderful experience.

Pismo 2021 COVID-19 Recovery trip.

Gorgous home! Beth' s buisness commercial cleaning-fabulous!. Check-in was horrendous. I don't rec this company to rent property, zero tolerance for Autistic people. Very Sad.

Lovely spot for a family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is an older unit, but was great for the children and comfortable for the week. You cannot beat the sunset view over the ocean from the living and master rooms in unit 133. Lots of extra blankets came in handy for the crisp nights in November, but it wasn't cold enough to need to use the heater. Easy walking to restaurants and a few minute drive to the outlets and grocery stores.
