The Maison Suite Centrally Located

For future guests reading this review, we feel some context is important. We acknowledge and apologized for the delayed access information on arrival. This was an oversight and was resolved as soon as we became aware of it. The remainder of this review was surprising given our communication throughout this two-week stay. When additional towels, face cloths and a sink strainer were requested, they were personally purchased and delivered. When we learned some dishware was missing from the original sets, replacements were purchased as well. We remained readily available and regularly checked in. Most importantly, after these matters were discussed, we specifically asked how everything else was going. The guest responded: “Thank you, again, Sarah! Everything’s fine.” The size and configuration of the bedrooms, kitchen and dining area are accurately represented in our listing photos. Guests with specific mobility, accessibility or space requirements are encouraged to review listings and ask questions before booking. We welcome constructive feedback and will always address concerns brought to us. However, hosts cannot resolve concerns that are not communicated during a stay, particularly when guests are actively reassuring us that everything is fine. Reviews impact small businesses, and we believe they should fairly reflect the entire experience, including a host’s responsiveness and efforts to resolve concerns.
