Get away from it all in this beautifully maintained gated condominium complex with spectacular ocean views. Be lulled to sleep as you listen to the pounding of the waves below. This one bedroom apartment faces the ocean and has a king size bed, a sofa bed that sleeps two in living room, two full baths with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, A.C., T.V. A balcony facing a garden overlooks the water as seen in the pictures. There is a glass table that seats four and two lounge chairs where you can enjoy your coffee or glass of wine.... Linens and towels are provided. This is a non-smoking unit and parking available at no extra charge. Laundry service and maid service in the complex is available at extra cost. Vida del Mar has two swimming pools, a seasonal restaurant and another close by. You also have access to Santiago Beach Club which has a restaurant, library and pool and is on Santiago Bay, about 15 mins. away. . WiFi available in unit. This is a very safe community with 24/7 security.

He owns a house in Club Santiago and bought this as an extra place to have on hand when there were too many of us to stay at the house.

What makes this property unique

This is a unique, quiet complex that is away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough if you want to go into town and eat at the restaurants in Santiago (Juanito's is a favorite) or Manzanillo.
