Our Christmas stay here was fantastic. The host’s communication was 10/10—extremely responsive and made check-in/check-out a breeze. The cabin is loaded with great amenities that made our holiday easy and enjoyable. We particularly loved the hot tub and the fireplace. Everything was clean, functional, and exactly as described. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a reliable and comfortable rental.

We booked this cozy cabin for a quick girls weekend and it did not disappoint! It's a beautiful, clean and modern cabin with all the amenities you could want. It was cozy and warm with throw blankets, an electric fireplace, and a hot tub. We loved all the little details: coffee pods, hot cocoa, some snacks, loads of towels, a fully stocked bathroom, games and books, a binder full of info for guests, and labeled switches and remotes. The hosts were readily available to communicate via the app but we didn't have any concerns during our stay. They've really put a lot of thought and care into this property. We would definitely recommend this cabin for a quiet weekend retreat!

The house is beautiful and cozy, located in a very beautiful and quiet place with stunning nature and very few neighbors. The nature was stunning. There's a small forest right behind the house, and immediately beyond that is a small mountain river. It's really great to sit in a hot tub and look at the winter forest. But the cleaner delayed our check-in by 1 hour and 40 minutes because she hadn't finished cleaning the house. We had to wait until cleaner finished and left.However, the cleaning was still substandard: there were food items left in the freezer from previous guests, a towel was left in the dryer, there were greasy stains on the bar stools, and greasy stains on the cabinet above the range hood over the stove. There was dust and hair on the baseboards in some places. Upon arrival, I had to clear the snow from the front and back patios myself because no one had cleared the snow, and in some places it had already started to turn into ice, making it dangerous to walk. Especially near hot tub.But the most upsetting thing was that the owners gave us the wrong code for the front door.The day after we arrived, we went for a short trip to the lake. When we returned, we couldn't open the door to our house because the code was incorrect. After half an hour, we managed to contact the owners, who gave us a different code so we could open the door. We were very lucky that it was daytime. If it had been at night, I don't know what we would have had to do

Thank you so much for your review and we are glad you had an enjoyable stay. We are very sorry about the wait you had for the cleaning. There was, unfortunately, an issue from the prior stay that needed to be addressed so you’d be able to enjoy all amenities. We tried to make the wait a bit more enjoyable by offering to pay for a pizza at the local pizza place and bakery while she finished up! I also apologize about the lock. It’s an automatic lock so the code provided was not incorrect, however, we decided to generate a new one since something wasn’t working well. Our phone numbers are available in case of emergency and we do keep our phones on 24x7 so even if it were the middle of the night we would be available. Also, for further peace of mind, we do have a manual key that can be accessed in the case of the automatic door lock not working. We will pass the feedback on to the cleaner and ensure it’s deep cleaned. Next time please feel free to let us know if it’s not up to your standards and we can get it cleaned while you’re out enjoying the area. Thank you again for staying with us!

The location of this property is amazing. It's nestled amongst trees, the creek (which is more like a river) is amazing for hanging out, fishing, birdwatching and the cabin has been completely renovated.
