Everything for a restful vaca

Great except for few small things that wouldn’t prevent us from staying again: given wrong internet password which slowed us down; 2 bath towels & 1 hand towel only for 7 night stay for 2 adults was lame; come on, 1 ply toilet paper-I think that was cheap considering the room rate. Great location away from tourist crowds. Comfy bed although bed frame sqeaked with turns. Comfy bedding. Comfy furniture in living room. Plenty of dish ware.

Great condo

This condo was great to stay it. The pictures were accurate. I loved having a washer and dryer right in the unit. There was little glitch with the Internet but the host responded with the solution. All of the other residents were friendly. The pool and grounds were meticulously maintained. We were able to see some rocket launches right from the beach! The drive free zone on the beach made it nice. I would recommend this unit and host.

There were issues with this condo; kitchen drawer that was broken and could not be used, sliding screen door would not stay on track, dish washer leaks and was very loud. Rodent issue, something got into food stored in cupboards. The complex is wonderful, but not this unit. There was a beach restoration project that had the beach closed for 2 of our 6 weeks and was still closed when we left. There was no proactive communication from the owner. Will not rent this unit again.

Joan, We were happy to fix the kitchen drawer and the sliding screen as soon as you reported the issue to us, but you told us not to. Both of these problems have sinced been fixed 😊. The dishwasher also was addressed promptly to your request. The complex is treated for insects monthly - understand that sometimes this draws out anything hiding. Your claims of something getting into the food stored in the cupboards is incorrect. We searched the unit for any signs, and did not find anything. We explained to you the situation with the beach access due to the county's expedited timeline. We communicated with you every step of the way, and even upgraded you to a nicer unit for your troubles. With all that being said, we will happily address any guest concerns regarding the unit as promptly as we did with you, and we hope you find a great place to stay the next time you visit! - The New Smyrna Stays Team
