Where you can view and swim with manatees. 24 miles from Crystal River, perfect town to take a dip in the 73 degree clear springs all year long! 18 miles to The Villages. Packed full of live music nightly & class renowned restaurants! One hour from Tampa as well as Orlando!

The house is very well set up and comfortable. The location was walking distance (or biking) from the bike path, which was why we chose this house. Plenty of room for the family and our fur baby! Would definitely stay again!

This is an excellent location for riding the Withlacoochee State Bike Trail, and enjoying the cute town of Inverness, which was the purpose of our visit. Emily was very welcoming and responsive. The property is not posh, but comfortable. It is mostly like the photos, however the exterior is rough, with weeds growing in the lawn and flower beds, and some maintenance/repairs needed (rust on garage door; eves bent; rotted portions/gaps at base of front door frame.) Note: the single-car garage seen in the photos has been converted into an extra bedroom. The refrigerator ice machine and water dispenser do not work, but Zephyrhills spring water, as well as ice trays, are provided.
