Wonderful, Spacious, Upscale Game Day home just 5 miles from Kyle Field!
4 spacious bedrooms all with large beds for your comfort, 2 baths, fully stocked kitchen. TV's for watching the game. This home is 1875 square feet. Book confidently as we less than a mile away and have multiple options for additional services from our full time staff: Uber, food delivery from multiple restaurants, immediate help from staff with questions and suggestions if needed at anytime via secure communications. Feel free to ask questions.

House Rules
• Maximum occupancy of the home is 8 for overnight guests. Must be registered as guests when booking or upon arrival.
• NO PARTIES- Neighborhood quiet time is 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM and is enforced by law enforcement if complaints are made by neighbors. If law enforcement is called to the home, there will be a fine of $500 per occurrence.
• IMPORTANT: Parking is limited to the drive way of the home, and directly in front of the home on the street between our driveway and the red mark on the curb before the neighbor’s driveway. Vehicles should be limited to a maximum of 4 at the home. Park only in the direction of the traffic if you have to park in front of the home. Do not park in front of any of the neighbor’s homes or in front of the fire hydrant as it could result in fines or a ticket.
• No smoking in the home. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of completely extinguished cigarette butts in a bucket available on the back porch or in the outdoor trash can in front. If smoking occurs in the home, there will be an additional $200 cleaning fee.
• No burning candles

Large shade trees and beautiful lawn. Close to shopping and easy access to the highway. Walking distance to the Arts Council and less than 10 minutes to TAMU campus, Kyle Field, Santa's Wonderland and most of BCS. Pool access at community pool.
