The Space:
This is an oceanfront condo with spectacular beach, ocean and sunrise views! Upper level unit accessible by two elevators. The condo has an in-unit washer/dryer for taking care of your family's needs during your stay. There is also a beachside gym, pool and bbq area.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, beach, and gym. There is reserved parking for 1 car and more parking along the road.
There should be plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels and toilet paper for your stay. We want you to have a premium and hassle-free family bonding experience at the condo, so if there is anything you need or any questions, please contact me.

Ocean Front Right on the Beach! The Beach is protected by a reef a ways out so it's perfect for snorkeling without the bigger waves. Beaches with big waves are nearby! Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, Hawaiian Ice stand and convenience store with local food counter half block away across the street! Less than 5 miles to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii’s #1 paid attraction, draws millions of visitors annually with their world-class entertainment, learning, shows, and luaus. There is a Longs drugstore and two grocery stores in the area. Five minutes away, Laie Beach Park has great year round larger waves for body surfing. Turtle Bay Resort Golf Courses/Restaurants and World Famous North Shore Surfing Beaches a short drive away.
If it's winter, along the North Shore you'll be treated to 30 to 40-foot tall waves and some of the world's best surfers. You'll also find Waimea Bay and the beautiful Waimea Falls Park with its sacred sites, waterfall and wonderful hula dancers. Or drive a few more miles to the quaint town of Haleiwa and its many art galleries, boutiques and restaurants.
There is also horseback riding nearby and of course, the beach and the ocean - right outside your door!

Guest have a private parking space not far from the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.

We loved it!!! Very clean, had all the amenities. Lots of communication if we needed anything. Fantastic beach. Walking distances to coffee, yummy food trucks, and a convenient store.
Excellent stay! We were there during a rainy stretch, so not a lot of beach/pool activities. Great location if you want to stay away from the cities, and get a more "Hawai‘i experience". Grocery is reasonably close (less than 5 miles north). Outstanding little bakery is about a mile north. North shore is an easy drive. Building and parking lot were under construction, so it looks a bit messy on the road side of the building. Did not affect our stay.

Check in was fine and location was nice with beach access but the unit had a lot of big issues and needs a lot of updating. Cockroaches and ants were a big problem.
We have stayed at this property in the past, but not at this particular unit. The location is perfectly situated and the view from our deck was amazing. So nice to be directly on a very swimmable beach with sea turtles everywhere. The unit was clean and tropical and had what we needed. Pat’s could use a face lift. Definitely in need of some building updates and repairs, but the grounds were well maintained, and the workers: security, yard maintenance etc were all amiable and friendly and happy to lend a helping hand. We really enjoyed our stay.
