The view was awesome. Spent a lot of time in the gazebo. I would have liked a boom and access to a vacuum cleaner to keep the place clean.

Overall, it was very good. But there are several items that need attention. For example, the Grill is totally inoperable, Some of the blinds do not work properly, the closet in the master bedroom was full of the owners items. None of these items were showstoppers, but were irritants. We would certainly recommend this Beachhouse to future renters.

Me and my family of seven six adults and three grandbabies two and under. Had a wonderful week! It was nice to be able to be so close to the ocean and the house had all the amenities one would need! The beds were comfortable and the house was clean! The walk down to the beach is a little uphill. Both ways I would recommend water shoes or wearing sandals or flip-flops because the sand gets super hot and you think it's close enough to make it and realize the bottom of your feet are burned!

Great weekend

Mike could not have been nicer, and the house provided plenty of space for our family of 10. Even though we stayed outside most of the time, having tvs in everyone's room was convenient, and the location was perfect for great food and shopping. Hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful New Year at the Beach

Comfortable, cozy house that easily fit us all and provided beautiful views all week long. Had everything we needed, in a perfect location. The weather cooperated so well. Excellent location, steps away from the beach and an easy walk to the pier. Communication with the host was easy. Would definitely return.

Great Stay

We vacationed at Oak Island every summer when our kids were growing up. This is the first time we had been back as a family -with grandkids now! The house was great. Many updates that weren’t in the listing. Great access to the beach—especially with the dune restoration and limited access. Couldn’t have been better. We will be back
