You will be amazed what you’ll find at this gorgeous 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home. You’ll discover that it’s luxuriously spacious with over 1,686 sqft of living space. This home is located in one of the greatest neighborhood of Mesquite.
The space
Our cozy 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom one level home is 5 minutes from the Casinos, Golf Courses, Grocery Stores.

Hot tub is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is a $50/day fee and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the tub for your stay.

Our beautiful view of the pool creates a serene environment perfect for families, business travelers and anyone looking for a lovely quiet getaway.

We are in a safe, family neighborhood and have a private attached 2 car garage. Keeping noise levels to a minimum is essential! We provide all the essentials plus extras!!! so you have a cozy stay. We have a fully stocked kitchen, and we provide top quality sheets and bedding, lots of pillows and extra blankets. We have a washer/dryer on-site and provide laundry detergent.

We love being a part of your travels and we put the extra love into making your stay as comfortable as possible.

Our pool is gated and the only people in the pool should be our guest. Please never leave the gate door unlocked or leave kids unattended in pool or hot tub.
Other things to note
*NO SMOKING/NO PETS - $400 fine if evidence of either. Thank you.

* Please take special notice of written rules and OPERATION GUIDELINES for the pool and hot tub. Failure to operate either correctly, could result in over $1500 in repairs for the pool pump and hot tub.


*Propane fire pit and barbecue should be operated and supervised by adults only. Make sure propane is shut off when finished using it.Please follow instructions.

*Garage Remote - Please leave in the drawer where you found it. $200 replacement fee if lost.

*Please be courteous of our neighbors. It is a wonderful neighborhood. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm-7:00 am.

* Because the pool can be a safety hazard for some, our yard gate and house needs to be locked at all times to ensure no one enters the pool without the permission or proper supervision.
