We heat the pool up to 90°F! Unlike many rentals, you’ll get full app access to control the lights, jets, and temperature for both pool & spa. No twist-timers, no limits—just relax and enjoy.

Maximum Occupancy (Per Mesquite Municipal Code): Up to 12 adults (age 12+). Children under 12 are not counted toward this limit.

Our home includes enough beds to accommodate families, but no more than 12 adults may stay overnight, per city regulations.

Only stayed for a short night but we were entranced with the property. It was beautiful! Our kids played in the game room for the small amount of hours we were there and had a blast. I will say, it is kind of a bummer you have to pay to heat the hot tub and pool! For about 600 a night, that seems pretty steep to tack on an extra dollar amount to warm it. All in all, such a fun experience! Wish we could’ve had a few more days!

This place is amazing. The game room is wonderful and the house is newer and very nice. There were a few small issues while there, but due to Thomas being responsive and making things right, it still gets 5 stars.

There were 6 of us on a golf trip, great place to base out of to play around the area. Close to all the Mesquite courses, casino, highway and grocery store. Thomas was a great host and very responsive!

Garbage FULL in can in the kitchen and master, hair in the bathroom, even in the drawers, used linen left on bed and unwashed sheets in washer and towels in dryer. BBQ was filthy and turns out not working. The owner was very apologetic and refunded the cleaning fee without me asking to. He stated that he would hire a new cleaning person.

I chose Mesquite Nevada, as it has those small town vibes. I enjoy the 8 golf courses in a 15 mile radius. The sun is the real reason why I purchased a vacation home here.

My property is unique with the gaming garage. I want this home to be full of fun activities to do while you relax on your vacation. Whether you are here for a golf trip with your friends, or for a sports tournament... I hope you have more than enough to enjoy while you relax.
