Your Mesquite adventure begins at this newly renovated 4 bedroom 3 bath house with desert and mountain views.

Two master bedrooms with private bathrooms, an additional bedroom with king bed, and a bunk bed room than will sleep 4. This home is perfect for families or a group of friends.

Enjoy the WiFi, AC, and heating during your stay. A washing machine is also available for your use. Enjoy all that Mesquite has to offer when you stay at our place.
Pool & Hot Tub are heated by propane for an additional fee: Oct-Feb-Hot tub $50/ per night. Pool & Hot tub $150/per night. Mar-April Hot tub $40/per night Pool & Hot tub $130 May-Sept Hot tub $30/ per night Pool& Hot tub $100/per night Paid outside of VRBO. No lifeguard-on duty, swim at your own risk. We enjoyed our stay overall—the home had some great features. However, there were several things that took away from the experience. The cleanliness, especially outside, left a lot to be desired. The grill and spatula were dirty, the outdoor table hadn’t been wiped down, and there were food crumbs on the kitchen floor. It didn’t feel like the space had been fully cleaned before our arrival.It was also frustrating to find out that the fourth bedroom and third bathroom were in a separate area—this wasn’t made clear in the listing and felt misleading. While the garage was useful, accessing it only through the kitchen wasn’t the most convenient setup.There were lights in the pool, but we didn’t have access to turn them on, so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool at night, which was disappointing.Lastly, I was surprised that even though we paid a cleaning fee, we were still asked to take out the trash and strip the beds. I understand this is common for convenience, but when a cleaning fee is charged, I would expect those tasks to be handled by the cleaning crew.With clearer communication in the listing and more attention to cleanliness, this could be a much better experience.

Thank you for your review. With a little communication this could have been easily cleared up, I had no idea. This will be addressed to our cleaning, I could have sent them back over. I can turn the pool lights on remotely, just ask. I also have a clear footprint of the floor plan in the listing, I’m sorry you missed that. Best Regards
