Parking: Garage (2 vehicles), driveway (3 vehicles), no street parking.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, island counter w/ bar seating, blender, coffee bar with coffee maker and K-cup brewer, cookware, dishware/flatware, crock-pot, waffle maker, griddle, and more.

Indoor Living: Five Smart TVs (1 in each bedroom, 1 in living room, 1 in game room), open, spacious great-room, dining table, ensuite bathroom w/ dual sink vanity & walk-in shower, shower/tub combo.

Game Room: Ping-pong, foosball, ring toss, board games, oversized Connect Four, Yahtzee, and more.

Outdoor Living: Private pool, spa, putting green, BBQ, dining, in-pool umbrellas, lounge chairs, and smoking area.

There is an option to heat the pool:

- October, March, April for an additional $100 per day
- November through February for an additional $150 per day

The spa is heated year-round at no extra cost.

Other Amenities: Laundry room, central heat & A/C, toiletries, iron/ironing board, hair dryer in each bathroom, linens, bath towels, beach towels

Cameras: There are three security cameras on the exterior of the property:

- One doorbell camera covering the entry
- One camera above the garage in the front of the home covering the driveway and entry
- One at the back of the home facing the south toward the propane tanks which can be manually panned to view pool/hot tub area if a security issue arises

The cameras are for security and insurance purposes only and are not viewed unless the hosts have damage to the property or an issue to address.
