Immaculately clean 2 bedroom 2 bathroom upper level 1250 square foot condo.
Windows and views from every room. Deck wraps around entire condo with several sitting areas. Gas fire pit on deck to enjoy a quiet evening.
Back of condo faces the 18th hole and 10th T box.
Park right out front. Walk in front door to beautiful kitchen and open concept living space with ceramic tile floor. Windows galore that overlook the Schuss golf course. Living room has 2 couches with plenty of seating. Fireplace with plenty of wood provided.
We have WiFi, Dish network service with the top channel package including movie channels. 50 inch TV in the living room and 2nd bedroom. TV in master bedroom as well.
Sleeps 4 adults. perfect to share a space with friends or family.
Master bedroom with brand new KING size bed, TV and private full bathroom with tub and shower. High quality linens. The master bedroom sits at the end of the condo and is very private. The view is woods. This is the most unique upper condo in the village regarding its location at the end of the cul de sac and beautiful views.
2nd bedroom upstairs has a brand new Queen size bed and a full size bed with new high quality linens. There is also a full private bathroom with tub and shower for the 2nd bathroom. There is a small deck that has access from the 2nd bedroom with a view of the golf course.
Washer and dryer with laundry supplies for guest use.
Beautiful FULLY stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, mixer, griddle, spices, coffee, creamer and just about anything to prepare meals. We have tried to include all of the kitchen gadgets of home.
Coffee lovers will LOVE our coffee corner with a regular coffee pot, a keurig and a Latte and cappucino machine. Coffee grinder and cream and sugar as well as some K-cups available. Bring your own favorites.
We have a Weber gas grill and a charcoal grill on the deck as well.

This beautiful upper level condo sits on the 18th hole of the Schuss course yet is tucked away off of the main road and only a 3 minute walk to the slopes and main lodge where there is an indoor pool and hot tub open year around. A pool pass is provided with your stay.

Sits on an end with a view of the woods out front and to the side for privacy. Pond and golf course view out back. Golf club house steps away. No need to drive once you arrive. This is a perfect get away for 1 or 2 couples or 4 adults for a girls or guys getaway.


The Schuss Village pool is a 3 minute walk.

GOLF:
Schuss Mountain is the most serene of the three villages in the Shanty Creek resort. Golf spring Summer and Fall at Shanty Creek. The resort offers 72 holes on 4 championship courses. Schuss Mountain golf course is right out your front door. We sit on the 18th hole within walking distance to the clubhouse. The shuttle can take you back and forth from Summit to Schuss village throughout the day and evening.

FALL: Our prime fall color time is the first two weeks in October. Include us on your fall color tour.

The city of Bellaire is a short 6 mile drive where you can find dining, Shorts micro brewery with their delicious unique sandwiches, soup and pizza, antique shops, a movie theater, coffee shop and restaurants. Bellaire Bar has a good variety menu from dinners to burgers at reasonable prices.
Mancelona has the Iron Skillet that is famous for breakfast and home cooked family dining.
For a more upscale dining experience try Terrain or Corner Bistro in Bellaire.
This resort can serve as a hub for Torch lake, Traverse City, Petosky and Elk Rapids. You are only a short drive to some beautiful lakes and rivers. Riverside marina rents boats which would be a great way to explore the chain of lakes.
Traverse City and Petosky are appx. 35 minutes away and Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay appx. 30 miles away. You are just 5 miles from a public boat launch for TORCH LAKE. There is also a public boat launch at LAKE BELLAIRE which is part of the 'chain of Lakes'
Paddles and Pedals shop in Bellaire will deliver bikes, canoes or Kayaks to the condo or wherever you would like to use them.

Cozy and quiet getaway

We wanted a place in a golf course and this was a great location. It was quiet, cozy and convenient to get to all the golf courses. Connie was a fabulous host! Plenty of room for 4 of us to stay and enjoy. Would definitely stay again!

One of the best locations on the property

Location of the property is fantastic because it sits right on the 10th and 18th green with the driving range within walking distance. There is a deck that wraps completely around the unit with lots of outdoor seating. The property was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed and much more.

Peaceful Getaway

This home was a cozy getaway with lots of space (indoors and out), amenities, and lots of fun. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. Great rental

Well maintained with every possible amenity supplied in the kitchen, bathrooms and many different chairs and tables on the decks. We wanted for nothing. We enjoyed the board games and sitting on the deck watching the birds and golfers. We were the end building so it was private and quiet.

Great condo in private location

Large, comfortable condo easily accommodated our family of 6 including two children. Great location surrounded by beautiful golf courses and winter skiing. You can get to many desirable northern Michigan locations within a 30-40 minute drive. Gas grille didn’t work during our visit but they had charcoal grille as an alternative. Unit is well stocked with appliances, utensils and spices. This property is a great value for your vacation dollar.

Private Resort Oasis

Wonderful stay

We booked this location for a quick trip up north as it was central to all the places we needed to be that weekend. The location was spot on and the property was perfect. The 2 room, 2 floor layout was perfect for our family of 4 and we had all the amenities needed (and then some!) for a comfortable stay. Having in-room laundry was the icing on the cake. Unfortunately the weather didn’t fully cooperate for us to enjoy the outdoors as much as we wanted, but the wraparound deck was amazing. I spent as much time as I could out there. The host, Connie, was phenomenal! Communications were always answered quickly and she checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. Will definitely book again if we are on the area.

Amazing Accomodations

We weren't sure what to expect from this property but we can share how it exceeded beyond measure. Arriving and locating was easy with the directions provided by host. Our group of four enjoyed the entire weekend relaxing on the wrap around deck, bbqing & outdoor fire. Abundant amount of towels, proper ventilation (fans provided) cookware, condiments etc. Very well maintained and clean upon arrival. Quiet corner for privacy. We don't want to share too much about this gem we would hate to loose another opportunity to stay! Honestly we never ventured away to the pool but hopefully next time! Thank you for sharing!

Lovely quiet with great golf course view!

We are Florida residents spending a couple of months in Northern Michigan to enjoy some nice cooler weather. Spent 5 days at the condo in Schuss Mtn on one of our stops. Connie is wonderful to work with- she is very responsive and answers your questions immediately- a perfect host. The condo is very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped. The king bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable-yay! The location of the unit was perfect for us— one side was a wooded area— nice and quiet and we could look out at the golf course from the other side. It has a huge wrap around deck with several seating areas — a big outdoor dining table, Amish rocking chairs, Adirondack chairs and off of the master bedroom- a a cafe table w/chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the deck reading & watching the golfers. Will definitely return if we are in the area next summer.

A cozy stay to catch up with family

This condo had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. It was clean, well-decorated, and had comfortable gathering spaces both inside and out. It was quiet and nicely located between a couple neat towns, including both Bellaire and Torch Lake. The pool pass was a nice bonus to keep the 4 year old in our group entertained. Seems like the perfect place for a weekend ski trip or golf enthusiasts, but it's also great if you're just looking for a peaceful time away.

Memorial Day Weekend

It was my husbands birthday and another couple came along with us to celebrate him. We enjoyed the amenities that came along with this condo! The hot-tub was nice and we enjoyed golfing. The condo itself was very “homey” and we appreciated all the small touches like the lights outside- being able to use the fireplace and grill. We truly appreciated what was in the kitchen for use, and loved the ambiance outside. We did not realize that one of the bedrooms was loft style and it did not enclose but the other couple did not mind. My only complaint was there were hairs on the couch and on the mat in front of the sink; which was not our own . Everything else was clean. Connie was also super helpful and kind.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I spent four nights here and we had a wonderful time! Connie was great with communication even before we arrived. We golfed at The Legends in Shanty Creek and it was beautiful. We enjoyed Bellaire, the Dockside, the Blue Pelican's porch dinner, anniversary dinner at Terrain and geocaching at some Michigan State parks. We swam at the outdoor pool and took in it's beautiful view. The place is lovely and clean and totally comfortable! It was only the two of us and we had so much room. The kitchen is amazingly stocked with appliances, cutlery, pots and pans, tools and condiments. We didn't need a thing, really. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved having coffee and wine on the deck watching the hummingbirds, golfers and wildlife. It was so peaceful tucked away near the woods. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Connie!

Wedding weekend

The property was as advertised and more. All of our needs were met. Beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen awas fully stocked. All appliances were functional. Coffee filters were available. The deck was very useful, private, and picturesque. We loved the wood chairs. There was a driving range within 50 yards with putting green and sand traps for practice. the wedding was in Mancelona so we were very close. Prior to the wedding we had a large group of family utilize the deck. It was great! We will definitely consider staying again.

Wonderful and Spacious

This was such a wonderful condo. There was plenty of room to spread out for the four of us, and having two bathrooms was a nice bonus. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would possibly need. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The location overlooking the golf course was quiet and peaceful. Being able to use the pools was another great bonus. The pools and hot tub were so fun for our family! Truly we loved everything about our stay!

We love this part of Michigan! There is something to do in every season. Skiing, golfing, biking, hiking, boating. Fall colors are spectacular. Awesome hiking and biking trails. We chose this condo because it is off of the main road in a quiet end unit yet close to the slopes and action of the resort. The cross country ski trail is literally out the back door. You will be a short walk to the slopes, the club house, pool, hot tub and Ivan's restaurant.

We have tried to stock this condo with as many items as we could think of to make your stay as comfortable as home. You will have TV with DVR and high speed wireless WiFi internet. A Kuerig coffee brewer, regular coffee pot, dishes, pots, pans and kitchen utensils. All linens, soaps and paper products included. Our unit is well maintained and very clean. Professionally cleaned between each guest.
