This 4-bedroom house in Anderson is perfect for your vacation and sleeps 12. Located on Lake Hartwell with a boat dock and boat ramp around the corner. It is a perfect place to bring your boat and play on the water or go fishing. Two kayaks with paddles and life jackets also available.

This home is setup for multiple families or couples and offers both the lake living as well as a place to lounge by the private gated pool. It is conveniently located to all the stores and restaurants which are less than 2 miles away.

Clemson is a short 13 miles for those wanting to take in a game or visit.

The house has a large primary suite with a king bed. There are 2 other bedrooms each with queen beds, and a bunk room with 1 full bed on the bottom and a twin on top with an additional twin xl. All bedrooms are on the main floor. Two full bathrooms also on the main floor. There is also a queen Murphy-bed on the lower level in the walkout basement with another full bathroom.

Mini crib, mattress and bedding also available for your little one. There is also a bed railing for your toddler. Two booster seats/chair high chairs also for your use. There is also a play pen, blocks, some toys and books.

Enjoy the custom kitchen with open floor plan to the living room and sunroom overlooking the lake with dining space for 8 and bar seating for another 4 people. There is also a formal dining room for 8 and a separate semi private office/study.

Full walkout basement with game room, including a pool table and ping pong table. In the basement there are two living room spaces with two flat screen TVs. An additional refrigerator also available in the bar area of the basement.

Yard games, board games, and card games also available for your use.
