Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Items left behind will be stored for 10 days. Contact us to arrange pickup. Shipping is available for a $50 handling fee plus actual shipping costs.
Please clean up after your pet. A additional cleaning fee of $100 will be applied if we must remove pet waste. You are responsible for any pet-related damages.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

When I walked in I saw how beautiful the home was. The decor made me feel like I could call it home. Everything was just as depicted in the photos. I really enjoyed being there it was a nice get away, I would definitely stay there again.

The home was very nicely furnished with high end fixtures. We had a great location. There were a few issyes with 3 pieces of furniture legs collapsing de to their assemblu. Fortunately, nobody was injured. The last day there was a water leak in the guest bedroom and family room flooring. ( maybe from the HVAC). We texted the host and they were very responsive. Once we checked out, she was going to fix the issues. We would stay here again once these issues were resolved. DEC. 22 - 26- 2025.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable, clean and well stocked with all supplies for cooking you would need. It even had an air fryer and coffee station that we enjoyed using while on our stay. The home is very well decorated and everything looks very intentional. The backyard is also very spacious where we enjoy a game of tag with the kids. Overall super great location and home to spend your next family vacation. I will definitely be booking again if we decide to return to Tampa. Thank you!
