This beautifully remodeled ranch-style home offers seven bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and expansive indoor and outdoor spaces, making it the ideal setting for family vacations, reunions, and corporate retreats.

This thoughtfully designed home comfortably sleeps 14 guests, with a sleeper sofa available for two additional small guests.

Guests will enjoy full, private access to the main home, yard, beach, dock, and primary driveway. A separate guest house, located behind Welk Manor, is owner-occupied. The owner respects your privacy at all times and will not interfere with your stay. Reserved parking near the owner’s residence may be made available upon request and at the owner’s discretion.

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full private access to the main home, patio, yard, dock, beach, and driveway. There is a separate, additional residence behind the Welk Manor that is owner occupied. This secondary home is completely separate and will not interfere with your experience or privacy in any way. The parking adjacent to the secondary home is owner reserved but may be utilized upon request at owner discretion.

The community is friendly and quiet, with tree-lined streets and well-kept homes. You’re just minutes from local parks, walking and biking trails, and all the essentials like grocery stores, coffee shops, and great local restaurants. Getting Around:

Getting around Welk Manor is easy! Free parking is available on-site in our large circular driveway, accommodating multiple vehicles, trailers, and boats. For those arriving by air, Spokane International Airport (GEG) is approximately a 40-minute drive away. While public transportation options are limited in this area, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. We recommend having your own transportation to fully enjoy the surrounding attractions. Enjoy the freedom to explore the Coeur d'Alene area at your own pace!



Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at Welk Manor. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you respect our house rules: no smoking or vaping inside the home or on the patio, and no pets are allowed. Please keep noise levels down, especially in the evenings, to respect our neighbors. Ample parking is available in the driveway for your vehicles, trailers, and boats; please do not park on the lawn. If you need assistance with parking, feel free to ask. We also ask that you treat the property with care and inform us immediately of any issues. The jet skis are not available for guest use. For any questions or needs during your stay, feel free to contact us via text or phone; we check emails at least once a day.
