Lock front door & use code 0320 to place house key back in lock box.
Place any used towels in the clothes hamper in the closet.
Place any used dishes in the sink.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused or missing items during their stay.
The loss or damage of the gate decal, parking tag, or house key, will result in a $125.00 fee for EACH item.
