This stylish place to stay is perfect for work or fun! It is private and in a good neighborhood in the Garden District of Monroe. It is centrally located for Monroe area and West Monroe area! Lots of surrounding restaurants available. Genusa’s Italian Resturant is walking distance. A 5 * resturant! Cormier’s Cajun resturant, in season, has the best crawfish in town ( 4 houses down ). Also a Neighborhood Walmart and Brookshires Grocery 2 minutes away for your convenience.

It’s in a great neighborhood because it is the Garden District in Monroe. Centrally located in Monroe and West Monroe. Close to many great restaurants and more.
What makes this property unique
It’s all newly decorated and it is private most of all. Two car driveway. Private large back yard! Very peaceful and quiet. We offer many complimentary items for an easy stay.
