About this property

New (finished in November 2017) 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa at TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort. This villa has its own 2 car garage, a boat slip for rent and the community has a great swimming pool. It is the left halve of a semi detached villa, the duplex Cobia.
On the first floor you will find the living room with dining area and a half bathroom.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 Master with King bed, 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and 1 bedroom with 2 Twins) and 2 full bathrooms. This villa sleeps a maximum of 6 persons.
Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing, dolphin watching or swimming!
Or go to the very nearby Homosassa Springs to swim with the Manatees (nov-april).
This villa has lots of amenities like Cable TV, flat screens (UHD TV's), free wifi and free land-line phone calls.
Bring your own boat (docks are available and we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft) and enjoy the Homosassa Springs, the Homosassa River, the Nature Coast and the Gulf of Mexico.

What a great place to spend thanksgiving!

We love being on the water so it was perfect to take our boat and cruise up the river to restaurants or out to the gulf! Everything was close and the house was really clean and had plenty of room. It had everything we needed to cook at home or just eat in. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property

We've been coming to Homosassa for my highschool buddies and I annual scalloping event. We found the Tradewinds and Frans about 5 years ago. We've been coming back every year since. We'll be back every year until we're able to buy a property there.

Beautiful brand new villa on Homosassa River

We had a great stay at TradeWinds Resort and stayed in a beautiful brand new 3 bedroom villa. We enjoyed our stay with scalloping on the Gulf (app. 20 min.) and we rented a boat slip during our stay. When we had a question our host responded immediately. We will be there again soon!!
