About this property

Cottage · Hot Tub · Treetop Deck · Fireplace

You step onto the elevated deck, tree canopy all around, and the world slows down. Take in the smell of trees, listen to the bird song, and slip into your private hot tub — all conveniently located near Asheville's legendary food scene, the Biltmore Estate, and miles of mountain trails. The Blue Ridge cottage is where adventure finds its perfect ending.

ABOUT THIS SPACE

This two-level cottage sits on a wooded hillside 15 minutes from downtown Asheville — and from the moment you step onto the back deck, you understand why guests call it their "private treehouse." The elevated patio looks into the tree canopy, feeling remote while putting you minutes from everything worth doing in Asheville.

THE LAYOUT
The cottage spans two complete levels. Upper level (main entry): open-plan living room, kitchen, dining, and full bathroom with sliding glass door onto the covered treetop patio. Lower level: two private king bedrooms sharing a second full bathroom. The split-level design gives two couples privacy at night while keeping shared spaces warm and connected.

THE BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms feature king Helix hybrid mattresses — premium pocketed innerspring and memory foam — with hotel-quality linens and room-darkening blinds or curtains. Two king beds in a 2-bedroom rental are rare in the Asheville STR market. Most properties mix in a queen; here, both guests sleep identically well. Guest reviews regularly mention their wonderful sleep quality.

LIVING ROOM
Electric fireplace, 55-inch 4K Roku Smart TV, and a sofa that opens into a queen sleeper — a genuine 6-person property. High-speed Wi-Fi and room for remote workers to spread out at the dining table.

KITCHEN & DINING
Stainless steel appliances, quality cookware, full dinnerware set, drip coffee maker with coffee and tea stocked. 6-person dining table with bench seating for every meal.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Covered treetop patio with dining set and private hot tub at canopy height. Community fire pit steps away — firewood included. Two free parking spaces and an EV charger on-site.

Thrilled to read you enjoyed your stay AND found the EV charger useful! We recently completed a full property update- new furnishings, decor, and some spiffy upgrades like an HD Smart TV and, as you pointed out, an EV charger. My wife and I had the good fortune of staying at Andrea’s beautiful property over the Thanksgiving day weekend. Updated, extremely clean, cozy cottage with all the amenities we were looking for. Didn’t have the opportunity to use the hot tub, but it looked inviting! House is nestled in the woods. Well off the main roads. Quiet and comfortable. Close to the Biltmore Estate, the Arts District and many outdoor activity areas. Can’t say enough about our host. Excellent communications, always willing to help or advise on local activities. Thank you, Andrea!

Welcome to your home away from home!

I'm Andrea, and my husband, Jason, are the owners of Asheville Luxury Cottages.

This whole adventure started over 20 years ago during a scuba diving trip in Bonaire, when I had a random thought: “Wouldn’t it be cool to run a B&B someday?” A career turn to be sure, having spent 30+ years in healthcare! Still, service, caring for people, and paying attention to details have always been second nature, so hosting just felt right.

Today, we’re proud to welcome travelers to beautiful Asheville—not quite a tropical island, but every bit as magical. Whether you're here for the arts and crafts, the rich natural history, iconic film locations, mouthwatering food, or heart-pumping outdoor adventures, Asheville has something for everyone.

We’re honored to offer you a peaceful, comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring. Relax, recharge, and enjoy every moment—we’re so glad you’re here.
