Welcome to your lakefront getaway—a spacious 4BR/3BA home on beautiful Lake Sequoyah, just 2 miles from downtown Highlands. The main level is bright and welcoming, with a great room that showcases stunning lake views. Enjoy casual meals at the bar or gather in the dining area for family dinners. This floor includes two serene king bedrooms: a luxurious primary suite and a second king room offering peaceful lake views.

Lower Level
The fun continues downstairs with a full entertainment level featuring ping pong, a gaming table, a cozy library, and a PS4 for movie nights or gaming. Two additional bedrooms—one with bunk beds and another with a king bed—provide plenty of space for family or groups. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a convenient laundry room round out this floor.

Step outside and take in the fresh mountain air from the newly renovated deck, patio, and private dock. Whether you're sipping morning coffee by the water or launching kayaks for an afternoon on the lake, this home is made for relaxation and play.

Rent In Highlands Vacation Rental Cancellation Policy

Policy (A)  for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sequoyah Lake Lodge! The home was clean, comfortable and the views of the Lake were amazing. We sincerely appreciated the number of kayaks and other floating devices made available. We sincerely hope to make this an annual event. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a wonderful home for getting away and relaxing.

This is a wonderful home for getting away and relaxing. We have stayed here twice and will be back Thanksgiving week. The view and location are amazing. The older adults stayed upstairs and the "young adults" stayed downstairs. The canoe, paddle board and kayaks were amazing. The house is wonderfully equipped with everything you would need.

Awesome on the lake property

Great home with lots of space and a huge deck right on the lake. We used the supplied kayaks every day. A great family get-together for us after not being together for almost 1.5 years. The description and pictures perfectly depict this great property.
