All trash needs to be placed in dumpster down the hall, not in the hallway.
Leave all dirty/used linens and towels in the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
**PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANY TOILET PAPER OT TISSUES down the toilet** you can dispose of this and put this trash in the garbage down the hall.
Also, please make sure all lights are turned off when you are not in the penthouse. When you checkout please also make sure no light is left on.

This Penthouse had amazing views. It was so convenient to walk along the beach and to Larcomar. The host was so accommodating and provided a portable crib for our toddler. Highly recommend this rental!

We had the best time enjoying the beautiful views from the 17th floor penthouse patio. I sat out on the gorgeous patio every morning enjoying my coffee and magazines and in the evening for sunsets. We really appreciated how many bathrooms there are. The location is perfect, kitchen well stocked, host responds quickly, and it was very clean.

What a great location. Right near wonderful Miraflores spots like the pre-Inca ruins and the cat park. Beds are very comfortable. Grocery store nearby. Doorman was helpful and friendly. Very secure. Even met the friendly neighbors. I would stay here again.

The goodLocation is great, beds are comfortable and the terrace off the master suite is a perfect way to start the day or end the evening.The badThere’s no AC. The ad doesn’t promise it but I don’t want anyone to make the same assumption that we made and be disappointed.Unfortunately, the fans didn’t work properly, the stove was broken and required a lighter to start.The main living area is quite a bit smaller than the pictures lead you to believe.
