Step back in time at our 1950’s Cape Cod cottage – where simplicity meets the sea.

The beautiful Kingsbury Beach is accessed in just over one minutes walk from our front door (two different stairways). Gorgeous sea views from our deck!

If you’ve ever dreamed of trading in the noise, clutter, and demands of everyday life for the sound of waves, warm breezes, and the simple pleasures of a bygone era, welcome to your perfect escape. Nestled just over one minute’s stroll from a pristine, picture-perfect Kingsbury Beach, our charming two-bedroom cottage is more than just a vacation rental—it’s an experience in slowing down, reconnecting, and savoring life’s simplest, most beautiful moments.

Our cottage is perfectly sized for couples, small families, or close friends looking for a quiet getaway. The two bedrooms (one queen bed; two twin beds) are simple yet cozy, echoing the understated charm of vintage Cape Cod style. While our cottage proudly holds onto its 1950’s roots, it also has the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. You’ll find a well-equipped kitchen for whipping up anything from a simple seaside breakfast to a lobster boil. This is a cottage that values character over flash, experience over extravagance, and the soul-soothing power of simplicity over the overwhelm of “too much.” We do not have a TV, but there is Wifi if you want to bring your own screen and stream. We also have a cupboard full of games and puzzles for you to enjoy!

We welcome you to bring along your fur babies, though two maximum per stay. Please email us with the breed and size of your dogs, and there will be an added charge $100 (for cleaning).

The cottage is a part of an 8 cottage colony, but is very private due to the mature trees and bushes that surround each cottage. We want to rent to those who will be respectful to our lovely neighbor's and there are "quiet hours" that are observed.

Please note! You must bring your own sheets and towels or use a local linen rental company as the cottage rental does not include these things.

There is an integrated A/C mini- split in the living area, and in-window A/C units for the two bedrooms.

We do supply beach chairs, beach umbrellas and some beachy things for your convenience.

National Sea Shore is 12 mins drive. Provincetown is 40 mins drive. Orleans is 15 mins drive.
